WimborneHome Ltd ("we", "us") operates the website wimbornehome.eu. This page describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Polish personal data protection law (UODO).

2. Data we collect
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number and email address. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is retained for 12 months, after which it is deleted.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp). These logs are retained for 30 days for security monitoring and are not used for commercial profiling.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie (wh_cookie_consent) to record whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie notice. This cookie contains no personal identifier and expires after 365 days (if accepted) or 30 days (if rejected). We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Legal basis for processing
Contact enquiry data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when you submit the form. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining the security and availability of the site.
4. Data transfers
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Server infrastructure is hosted within the European Economic Area.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out); and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
